AKKA QR Generator is a mobile application that allows you to:

  • Generate different types of QR codes (text, URL, email, phone, WiFi, vCard)
  • Save generated QR codes
  • Share created QR codes
  • Maintain a local history of QR codes

3. Acceptable Use

You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

  • Create QR codes containing illegal, offensive, or malicious content
  • Use the App for fraudulent activities
  • Attempt to decompile or modify the App
  • Use the App in a way that could damage or impair its operation

4. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content (except user-generated content) are the property of AKKA QR and are protected by intellectual property laws.

Your QR codes: You retain all rights to the content you create with the App.

5. Limitation of Liability

Important: The App is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We are not responsible for:

  • Loss of locally stored data
  • Inability to scan certain QR codes
  • Indirect damages resulting from use of the App
  • User-created content

6. Free Service

The App is currently free. We reserve the right to introduce paid features in the future, but existing features will remain free.

7. Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review it to understand how we protect your data.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will take effect upon publication. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

9. Termination

You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.
